Moe Nabavi: The Growth Strategist Helping Web3 Companies Turn Attention Into Credibility

In Web3 and emerging technology, a good product is rarely enough. Projects launch into crowded markets, compete for the same investors and communities, and often have weeks rather than years to establish credibility. The people who help them cut through have become a significant force in the industry. In Dubai, one of them is Moe Nabavi, Director of Growth at Luna PR and a nominee for Leader of the Year at the TPC Awards 2026.

Growth across 100+ companies

Luna PR is a global communications and marketing agency serving clients in Web3, AI, fintech and emerging technologies. During his career there, Nabavi has worked with more than 100 companies, taking on broad responsibility across marketing, business development, public relations and strategic growth.

His client work spans blockchain, AI, decentralised finance, NFTs and fintech, and covers the moments that tend to make or break a young company: fundraising rounds, token launches, exchange listings, product launches, major partnerships and market entry into new regions.

Turning visibility into commercial results

Nabavi's approach combines several channels into one go-to-market strategy: earned media, influencer and key opinion leader campaigns, social media, community activation, partnerships, events and business development. According to his nomination, he has led PR campaigns that secured coverage across Tier 1, Tier 2 and specialist crypto publications, and has executed influencer campaigns involving more than 10,000 creators, traders, analysts and industry voices across international Web3 communities.

The aim, as his nomination describes it, is not attention for its own sake but credibility that converts: building investor awareness, sharpening a project's positioning and turning visibility into measurable commercial opportunities.

Advising the people at the top

Much of the work happens in the room with leadership. Nabavi works directly with founders, CEOs, CMOs and senior teams, advising on how to position their companies within competitive narratives such as DeFi, AI, infrastructure, real-world assets, payments, gaming and digital assets. That advisory role extends through regulatory developments and other critical moments, when how a company communicates can matter as much as what it builds.

Part of the UAE's technology push

His work is closely tied to the UAE's ambitions in AI and emerging technology. As the country has positioned itself as a hub for digital assets and AI companies, agencies like Luna PR have become part of the infrastructure that helps new entrants establish themselves in the market. Nabavi has helped position a number of those companies within the UAE's fast-growing ecosystem, and has contributed to the growth of early-stage projects into more established brands.

In a sector where narratives move quickly and attention is scarce, his nomination rests on scale, range and the ability to translate complex technology into stories that markets understand.

Moe Nabavi is a nominee in the Leader of the Year category of the TPC Awards 2026. Details are as provided in the nomination submission.
